1. For capturing a full-screen:

  • Select the start button and type in search box the Snipping tool
  • Now select the snipping tool from the list
  • Select mode of Full-screen snip
  • Press Esc
  • Open the menu that you want a picture of
  • Press the keys of ctrl+PrtScn
  • Your entire screen has been captured

 

2. For capturing a particular section:

  • Head up to the Start button
  • Now type in Snipping tool in search box (in taskbar)
  • You will get a list of results so choose a Snipping Tool from the list
  • Go to the Snipping Tool and choose Mode of Rectangular snip
  • Select the Arrow next to the New button
  • Select the Rectangular snip
  • Select the area of your screen that you want to capture, drag the cursor around the object
  • It will form a rectangular trim
  • Now the screenshot has been taken, snipping tool will automatically paste it in a new Paint window

 

3. For capturing a single window:

  • Head up to the start button type in search box the Snipping tool
  • Select Snipping tool from the list
  • Select mode of Window snip
  • Then select a window that you want to capture

Your screenshot has been captured and is pasted in new paint window.
